Quiteful provides a platform for creating, managing, and displaying allergen-aware digital menus. The Service includes:

Menu management tools
Allergen tracking and filtering
QR code generation
API access
Analytics and reporting
Integration capabilities

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your password
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Pricing information

You warrant that all allergen and nutritional information provided is accurate and complies with applicable food safety regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quiteful and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Quiteful a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment of fees. You agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as described on the pricing page
Provide accurate billing information
Authorise us to charge your payment method
Pay any applicable taxes

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

8. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
