1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Quiteful (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Quiteful provides a platform for creating, managing and displaying allergen-aware digital menus. The Service includes:

• Menu management tools
• Allergen tracking and filtering
• Nutrition tracking
• QR code generation
• Embeds and integrations
• API access
• Analytics and reporting

3. User accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Distribute malware or harmful code through the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload or display through the Service, including:

• Menu items and descriptions
• Allergen information
• Nutritional data
• Images and media
• Pricing information

You warrant that all allergen and nutritional information provided is accurate and complies with applicable food safety regulations.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Quiteful and protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Quiteful a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Payment terms

Certain features of the Service require payment of fees. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described on the pricing page
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorise us to charge your payment method
• Pay any applicable taxes

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

8. Subscription and cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Service availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Impose limits on certain features
• Restrict access to parts of the Service

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiteful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of allergen and nutritional information and compliance with food safety regulations.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Quiteful harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

14. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
